Disclaimer Brand Value und Benchmarks
The financial value of brands as calculated by BV4 Ltd. (brand value) and which we have compiled with the highest degree of care and diligence corresponds to a “rating”. This “rating” contains objectively measurable data gathered from a variety of our own sources and/or sources provided by our clients and/or third parties, and on the quality, plausibility etc. of which we have no influence. The “rating” is also based on assumptions and qualitative assessments made by our own experts and other freelance consultants. The brand value provides a precise indication, but it does not constitute an objective guarantee for the effective value of a brand. Any liability for potential financial damage arising from the brand value calculated by BV4 Ltd. is therefore excluded. Furthermore, benchmarking on the basis of several brand values is permissible only if all the brands being compared have been calculated with the same brand value model and by BV4 Ltd. itself.
