  • Day 4 - Thursday, November 25th

    8-10am - Legal matters you need to know before raising funds (e.g. term sheet, shareholder agreement, etc.) - incl. breakout session with experienced VC lawyer

    10-6pm - Individual writing of applications. Talk to assigned coaches if needed

    6-7pm - Back online: Q&A
  • Day 5 - Friday, November 26th

    - Present your approach to an investor pool assembled by BV4
